Amy in customer service support was great in helping with correcting the issues I had with my purchase, my return plus refund. My purchase of a "refurbished" MacBook 13.3 was not as advertised. Almost 10 years old and had a dead battery that would not charge at all.

I ordered an I pad and it never came

I ordered an I pad and it never came. Customer service only works through email (you can’t call them) and they only reply at 2-3 am. They said they would get back to me and never did. Do not trust this site. I paid for an iPad and got NOTHING

i ordered 2 laptops for my kids…

i ordered 2 laptops for my kids birthday and one of the cord was not right. contacted customer service and they sent a replacement out right away. Had also ordered one of the 20$ tech boxes and that was sent at the same time in the same box so there was probably a little confusion with all the cords they probably thought there was a lot of stuff in the box. But in reality it had one item. i explained the issue and once again they corrected the problem right away. I have purchased the tech boxes before and they are fun and usually pretty good. but again they took care of it and they were very helpful.

Great Service and Excellent Shipping Time!

Hi, I am a new customer to ITechDeals.com.
I have been in the market for a refurbished Apple Mac Air laptop to have my own computer. I recently retired from the public school system and this was the same type of laptop that we used throughout the previous school year. I have always enjoyed the various features on the Mac compared to using an HP product. Thank you for honoring my request to place it in the complex HUB, instead of leaving my package by my apt. door! I also was able to track my purchase through FEDEx shipping and that was perfect for me!
I will be ordering other products from your company as I find items of interest or use to me.

Refurbished laptop was absolute garbage

I bought a "refurbished" computer from this company. I have purchased refurbished items from other companies and usually it's a situation where there are scratches or blemishes or simply customer returns. However, when I received this item, I was shocked. It looks like it has been through several wars. It was beat up beyond belief and was even missing part of the plastic case. I told them it was junk and I was surprised they would sell such an item. Because the item would turn on they would not pay for return shipping because they don't consider it defective. So, they sent me an absolute wreck of a laptop and I get to pay to return it and hope to get a refund. My advice - STAY AWAY!!

Wrong item was refunded. I'm satisfied.

The package took longer than I expected to arrive, and when it did, one of the items was missing, and an item I had not ordered was in the package.
After some back-and-forth, I was refunded for the missing item and given the mistaken item. That is, I was told I need to not return the item I had not ordered. I still didn't get the missing item, but the company was gracious, polite, and helpful.

Could not ask for better customer…

Could not ask for better customer service and support. Had a shipping issue, not the fault of itechdeals but that of USPS. Issue was quickly resolved and handled. Buy with the confidence that you will be supported after payment has been received.

iPad which error

Purchased an iPad which was not the one I had intended to purchase. I asked if I could return it for a full refund and was told I could. I returned the unintended purchase and was credited my full refund.
The only thing was that the return postage was out of my pocket.
Amy was wonderful in her communication and service!

Not sure if I should order or not seems like product reviews are bad, only customer service gets good reviews. Help!!! Ordering gifts for grandaughter

I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
